We just wanted to send a quick email to say how happy we were with the fitting our Air Conditioning units. The amount of care and consideration that was given to our home (which had recently just been rendered) to make sure that no damage was done was exemplarily.

The house was left clean and we were given a full explanation of how the units worked once they were finished. We recently had a lot of work completed on the house, which has been extremely stressful and it's honestly such a pleasure to have workmen in the house who are both professional and respectful. Both Simon and please forgive us for not remembering if it was Joe or Josh, are a credit to your business and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your business to anyone looking to have A/C installed.

Excellent service from the team. - Reported a non urgent fault by email Saturday - team contact me by phone 8:50am on Monday - engineers arrived at lunch time same day to assess and take equipment back to workshop - quoted for fix cost same day - repaired, returned, refitted and tested by mid afternoon on Tuesday Prompt, efficient and courteous. Both to the humans and our very large dog. Thank you!

Great installation today of our aircon unit by Simon and Toby. They were very polite and left our home clean and tidy. Just wanted to leave a quick review following amazing service today with a domestic breakdown. We had 2 units installed by Northants Aircon in October ‘23 and this morning (on the hottest week of the year, and on a Friday!) one of them failed. I called the office @ 9.15am and by 2.15pm an engineer arrived. After all the checks it turned out to be a faulty pump and in just over an hour it was replaced under warranty and we were fully operational again. Thank you to Damian for his service, and to the office team for Co-ordinating the call out. We really appreciate it 👍

Jamie installed an air conditioning unit within our converted garage, he was really great advising us about placement and did the job efficiently. He was kind enough to spend some time explaining how to use and maintain it and I’m really pleased with job. A professional approach from the survey through to finish. Great experience with the team, we have a baby and two indoor cats plus it rained all day so not an easy installation. They worked around her naps and made sure our cats were inside safely (with lots of welcome strokes!). Roland and Jamie took great care over our property and were friendly and professional throughout. Definitely recommend them.

We had a system installed by NRAC around 8 years and having recently moved, we wanted a system for our new house. From the first contact through to install I was 100% impressed and satisfied with the service. We’ve had air conditioning before, in a previous home and I did quite a lot of research before deciding to go with Northants Refrigeration. The reason I chose them is because of their experience over the years, fair and honest pricing, use of Mitsubishi units and excellent thorough quotation service. Jamie, Joe and Paul fitted our units yesterday and did such an excellent job. They perfectly installed the units inside and out, leaving them looking beautifully well aligned and tidy outside. They tidied and hoovered up after themselves, when finished and gave thorough verbal instructions on how to operate the systems and left me with a manual. What was most appreciated was how respectful and polite they were, taking off their boots each time they came in and even asking to use the loo! I would really recommend this company, as there are a lot of others out there charging a lot more and who aren’t properly trained!

Had my air-con unit serviced today by Joe. Joe arrived on time, was very polite and courteous and neat and tidy. He even wore overshoe booties when inside the house. I was fully updated at the end of the service, given the appropriate paperwork (copy of the service report and a copy of the invoice). All done within an hour. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing Damien and one other guy I’m so sorry can’t remember his name we’re fantastic. They were early fab! They were extremely clean which saved me a job and the install was perfect. Highly recommend. The systems themselves are not noisy and very economical to run. The guys helped me to move stuff I couldn’t do on my own and put everything back I place the banter came free and they made theirselves at home I felt very comfortable with the guy and they kept me entertained lol the transaction was smooth and the communication from the office side was very quick 5 plus stars ⭐️

We had been thinking about having air-con in our bedroom, and a reference from a friend put us on to Northants Refrigeration. It was a good decision. Damian & Jamie arrived on time, did a great job & cleaned up any mess before they left. We are thrilled with the result. They are professional & competitively priced.

I called for a quote and Justin came round, he didn’t try to sell to me, simply gave me the quote, I accepted on the spot and he booked installation date for me, then I changed my mind and asked for two single spilt units instead of one, easily added by Kelly. Installation day Damien & Joe turned up, friendly and cracked on with the job straight away, obvious to see they know exactly what they are doing, I popped out to the shops as instantly knew I could trust them. After everything was installed I was shown simple demo on how to operate and they hoovered up any dust etc. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to family and friends, in fact a work colleague today asked me how things went and after listening he said, he will be using same company. Very neat pipework on exterior wall and they gave me few options for positioning of units inside as did Justin, I would use these guys again for sure, five stars from me. Thank you all.

Just want to say a belated big 'Thank You' to Tom and Jamie for the 1st class job they did in installing air conditioning units in my Park Home in May. They were very professional, just got on with the job and explained each step of the installation as they went along, then went through the functions of the remote to make sure I understood how to use it. And best of all, every bit of packaging was taken away, to mess whatsoever left behind - Thanks Guys! PS - The aircon has been a godsend during this recent heatwave!

A great service from start to finish. Quick to undertake a domestic visit to quote. Helpful advice and fitted within a couple of weeks for two units. Fitting engineers were clean with their install and kept noise to a minimum, and kept me informed throughout installation on progress. So far I really can't complain and can only recommend. 👍 Good to see great customer service!

A fantastic installation by Damien and Joe, a very challenging install due to height into our master bedroom on the third floor, both engineers work was tidy and considerate. All services required were neatly run external to the property in Black Trunking, using galvanised wall brackets for external inverter is a nice touch too.

Having researched for Air-conditioning to be fitted into our garden office and after reading the previous reviews we decided to contact Northampton Refridgeration and Air Conditioning. The engineer arrived at the time and date as confirmed prior, he was very polite and informative without any hard sale.After his departure we placed a confirmed order by email. To our surprise we were contacted the same day to inform us that installation could take place within the week! Got quotes from more than one company but was impressed how quickly Justin got back to me and came to price the installation. Fitters arrived on time and were professional, face masks and boot coverings all used. Air con unit unobtrusive and very quiet. Am using it for heating now and, from regular checks with my Smart Meter, I can already see significant savings as opposed to using my normal central heating. Air con also works very effectively. So pleased that I requested a second unit straight away and the lovely chaps are fitting it now. Again, on time and professional. Am very pleased and would recommend this firm.

We have just had two Mitsubishi A/C / heat Pumps installed by Northants Refrigeration. The guys turned up on-site exactly on-time, in fact one of them was early, and kept us informed all the way through the installation. As this was our first AC units installed here the guys gave both myself and my elderly mother full training on how to use it and what all the settings do.I have worked in and around large machine installs for a long time, the work carried out is to a very high standard and looks neat and tidy.What is more the bill was exactly as they had quoted, also gave us all the information on annual servicing and made sure we knew exactly where to call if there are any issues. How refreshing to deal with a company who pride themselves on the work.

Cannot fault this fantastic company, a great initial install and although there were some issues with a unit, the professionalism and contact has been second to none, nothing has been too much trouble and they are going out of their way to resolve the issue, highly recommended to anyone considering Air Conditioning, a true breath of fresh air (scuse the pun) Damian has been a great ambassador for the company.

FANTASTIC SERVICE.We originally had 4 quotations from 4 local based companies. Northants were by far the most helpful. The guy who quoted for us (Jason I believe) came with a unit to show us and explained all of our options in great detail. He answered every question and could not have been nicer. We decided to go with Northants as their quotation was the cheapest.When it came to fitting the units, the installation team turned up on time. They introduced themselves then started with their dust sheets. Lovely to see as other tradesmen just don’t bother.They installed 4 units for us. To say I am impressed is an understatement. We had been thinking of A/C for years. I can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner. The whole process from quotation through to install has been fantastic. After receiving a number of prices for the works NR&AC were more competitive than all the competition in the local area. The workmanship and product quality were high, all holes, pipework and cabling were very tidy fixed horizontally and vertically in all aspects sealed and waterproofed with impressive performance from the AC cooling and heating and a very detailed presentation and walk through of all the functionality of the systems and the end of the installation. Finally all furniture moved for access was returned to its original position, hoovered and all packaging and material wastage removed for recycling. We’ve had our air con installed for just over a month now - the installation was quick and clean. The guys were professional and courteous (especially with our very nosey kids!!) and explained the useage instructions well. The unit is in our bedroom - but easily cools the majority of our upstairs bedrooms if our door is left open.

Really impressed with our annual air con service. Joe arrived on time, completed the service and was really considerate of social distancing. I have used Northants Refrigeration & Air Conditioning on two occasions now for the installation of air conditioning in my home. On the first occasion we were undertaking major renovation and they installed a ceiling mounted unit in or master bedroom. I was very happy with the work carried out, the professional service and the great value for money.About a year after the house was finished and we moved back in, it became clear that in the summer modern insulation can trap heat - so we needed more air conditioning in the other upstairs bedrooms and the lounge/kitchen/dining room area (it's open plan). Again I contacted Northants Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and they were able to respond quickly, come out and install a further three units. Once again they were very professional in their approach and in fact went above and beyond in order to get some of the pipework through a very tricky route.I can't speak highly enough of them, first class service, professional approach and very good value for money. The service I received today for the installation of the a/c unit in our park home was fantastic. Efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. Damian was the engineer and his attention to detail was impressive as well as being very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to these guys by a friend who had an AC unit fitted to their conservatory and I’m happy to say the standard of work on both jobs was trully outstanding. The guys were so friendly and down to earth meaning the job went so smoothly from start to finish, their engineers we’re also super tidy and clean, I was truly taken aback by the level of comitement to insure the place was left clean and tidy, they definitely went above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing! Justin and his team installed our air conditioning two weeks ago. It has to be said, it is the Best Buy this summer, and any other summer for that matter. Today my sons bedroom was at 32 degrees and our own room was at 28 degrees. Shortly after turning the air conditioning on the temperature came down to 20. � I love the fact that I can now control the temperature in my house for both hot and cold rather than just hot. Had mine fitted today very quick and tidy. The guys are friendly and efficient. The unit looks great doesn't take up much room and it works great. I'm diabetic and in the heat I really struggle to control my blood sugar levels so this is a health benefit for me. And a big plus it's energy efficient and heats my home too.

I just have to say a HUGE thank you to Justin and Damien. On Saturday, my disabled daughter was very ill, with a bedroom that was staying at a steady 28 degrees. Even running a large Dyson fan + a small one beside her bed, we could not get the room cool. Our mobile air conditioner was useless. We contacted Northants Air Conditioning and Justin visited yesterday, quoted, we accepted immediately. We expected to wait and presumed it could be a while. There are still people with huge hearts - we have found a company with staff+ big hearts! Today, our daughter's room is at a steady 22 degrees, with a whisper- quiet unit inside and an equally quite one outside, taking the hot air away. Tonight, our daughter can sllep comfortably and we can sleep with fewer worries. A massive thank you to you both. Amazing work, quiet, clean efficient and very polite. I can certainly recommend this company and we shall certainly be returning in the future.

Highly recommend, we required air conditioning/heating for our conservatory and Damian talked us through all options. The fitting and service has been brilliant and as a result we can use out conservatory everyday.
